What do I need to bring to rent a car because I heard only my driver's license proof of insurance and a debit card is that correct?

My address on my utility bill is different because i just moved so i should probably go to the dmv and get that changed.

With a debit card they want a utility bill also. With a regular credit card you dont need a bill. Just the card, DL, and insurance.
