Se driver's are rude and disrespect to patients,I'm thinking about finding my husband other transportation to Dr's because he just had his 14 heart surgery & the driver expected him to cross street to get on van. Me being me I told him to pull in driveway he said do what? I stated pull in because he isn't even trying to walk that far with his medical health as it is now.

They have better van's and more room best transportation services

They will stop my transportation for 30 days if I accidentally forget 3 appointments but nothing is done to them when they forget to put me with a driver when appointment is made. And..if I schedule an appointment the month or even 2 weeks before..they then just say I'm not scheduled. It's not fair to us at all. They need new rules.
