Having been recommended to Citadel by several trusted colleagues in my industry, I reached out via online form a month ago giving detailed information for my upcoming high-profile event. Having not heard back in over 2 weeks, I filled it out again. No response. I called to discuss via phone only to be told they would have to reach out via email. Once again, no communication for over a week. At this point, it had been a month since I had reached out. Yesterday, I filled out the form for a third time and called again, only to receive a short email explaining they do not have availability for my dates. No apology for the lack of response or the fact that I had been told on the phone I would hear back from them in a timely manner. I understand the lack of availability, but the lack of communication and response is quite frustrating and unprofessional. I really wanted to work with and like Citadel as they come highly recommend, but perhaps they could work on their professionalism when it comes to responding to inquiries. Hopefully everyone else has had a better experience and this was just a one-time thing.
