Have cash!! Otherwise they'll send to the nearest party store 🤣 Great staff to get you started on a relaxing river ride. We did a double kayak ($35) and there is no time limit, just be back by closing. The river is beautiful and it ends at Lake Huron where you can bank the kayak and sit on the beach or wade in the water. Very nice, smooth trip.

Love this place. It is so clean and peaceful. The rates are also very reasonable and the staff is very friendly.

Nice way to spend a beautiful Michigan day. They were all out of double kayaks by the time we arrived (probably around 1) so we got canoes instead. Very easy trip down the river and back with almost no current at all. The beach at the end was very nice and not terribly over crowded. The water was warm and not rocky at all. Like others have said, they are cash only. Great way to spend a summer day in Michigan's thumb!
