Been to Port Austin a ton of times, but first time staying here. We decided on a last minute weekend trip, and they had availability for that weekend. Room was bigger than i thought, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and cozy. Check in was even a pleasant experience. We will definitely be coming back the next time we're in Port Austin.

Stayed here two years ago, during the thick of Marxism. Even back than this business was the least Marxist place I did business with. Metro Detroit is still far to Marxism for my liking, still, so far Marxist I recently had the cops called on me for picking up litter (to joke, have video of security guard, telling me I could not be picking up trash at some local kroger, on their review page).. I only wish I could find some where to live and work out abouts in the nowheres about Port Austin, where I would imagine things are even a tad bit more sensible from my visit two years ago. Indeed a good place to be if let's say things heat up overseas so hot, that it physically makes it warm over here- like thermo-nuclear warm. Thinking about visiting the area again real soon. Riding my bike along 25 north of Port Huron was like time traveling out of 'Gagco' occupied areas, it's beginning to get way beyond 1984, 5891 that is [5891ad.wordpress.com] Huron County was awesome, could use a break out of this nightmare.

Could have used a bigger bathroom! But other than that it was very nice. We enjoyed our stay!

The location is right in downtown which make it easy to walk around without having to drive a car. The cabin is outdated and a little musty but the room is clean. I can tell that they put a lot of effort to keep it clean. The a/c was really loud which make it impossible to fall asleep. The hotel has a picnic area, grilling and a bon fire which is nice. Overall it's an okay stayed.
