We have not been here in a few years but I loves taking the grandkids here. The story time trail is such a wonderful idea and we all love it! The playground and open space is well made and setup. We've been on one of the other trails too and that was a nice trail for us all to walk. I'm hoping to take them there this summer and hope it's still as nice.

This was a wonderful discovery for our family, especially in Fall foliage season. The story walk is very well done with each set of pages having a manufacture plexiglass stand preserving them. (we've seen some other story walks that are laminated pages stapled to trees.) The large, green playground was a big hit with our grandchildren too.

Nice open park with plenty of picnic tables and good sized playground. Playground new and in great shape. No sharp edges or loose pieces. Has two walking trails for short or long trip. Is dog friendly. Has great easy access to the pond. Plenty of parking space. Part of the picnic area is covered. Has portable toilet. Great access from route 302.

I would not recommend this. Way to many roots crossing trails. Uneven slopes, small wooden bridges and planks to get by soft muddy spots etc. Unless you had one of those made for off road conditions I personally would not venture in.
There is no swimming at Lippman Park. Yes fishing and non-motorized boats are allowed, but the signage is very clear about not swimming. Here's the website, which only mentions allowed activities: https://windhamrecreation.com/info/facilities/details.aspx?FacilityID=14700
No there isn't but theres a big field they can run in and trails to walk. Its dog friendly.
