The landowners office undoubtedly has the worse and most on professional staff. On multiple occasions I have had to go in and they are always rude and totally clueless! They are not helpful and act as if they own our homes. They hide behind their letters of reprimand instead of knocking on your door and having an adult conversation. Really!

I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully and condescending by a front desk person on multiple occasions. On the other hand, I am thankful for Lisa who answered the phone at the HOA office. She was professional and offered helpful information. They may want to consider hiring more employees like her.

Questions & Answers

There has to be more diligence of dog owners to pick up their dog feces! Fines, all dog owners must carry poop.bags or be fined. All dog owners must USE the poop bags. Can't this be enforced? Especially because this is a lake community.

I'm not being singled out. Yes the 1st one tonight was in front of my house but the other deposits were not.

What is being done about speed limit enforcement on Dogwood Lane. I've lived here for years and it is getting worse. I contact the the sheriff's office about twice a year.
