Check with customer service. I have done the same thing. Everything goes to customer service.
Masks are required, social distancing is also required
H-E-B sources fresh and frozen meats, including Beef, Lamb, Bison, Pork, and Poultry, from meat processors across the USA; however, a large majority of our products are sourced from Texas suppliers/ranchers/farmers. A very small amount of product is sourced from Canada and Mexico, and will be labeled on each package with the correct country of origin.

Yes they do. Speak to the person that is working the meat case. Enjoy
Yes they should have them in stock. You may need to ask at the fish counter for assistance.
It normally is available but only in few heb locations. Definitely not this one as they have a certain limit of merchandise available depending on the covered area heb is on. Its available online if you want it shipped at your address. https://www.heb.com/product-detail/h-e-b-prime-1-beef-fiesta-jalapeno-burgers-2-ct/1524960
This HEB is located 11.4 miles Southwest of 529 and Hwy. 6. Bear Creek HEB is only 2.4 miles south of the same location.
Regular hours
I moved to the area the day after Thanksgiving Day in 1993. The HEB did not exist. All we had was a Food Club grocery store where the Hobby Lobby now stands. Nor did the large Walmart or Kroger exist. The old Walmart closed after a new Super Walmart was built across the street. Kroger then bulldozed the old Walmart building and built their Signature store. Shortly after that the HEB was built along with the Target across the freeway. This all happened in the late 1990s. Fry Rd still went over I-10 back then. There was also an old Gerland's grocery store on the south side of I-10 where the Conn's store is now located. It closed after all the other grocery stores opened. The last store built was the Randalls further south on Fry by the Hospital. It was originally an Albertson's store. But those stores all pulled out of Houston after just a few years. Randalls then moved into the building.
Yes.
Call them.
Of course. Was there at 7AM.
