patient advocate hung up on me when I tried to get billing help. PCP says one thing and does another. My prescriptions are not correct. Phone wait time is approx 45 min. Messaging in the portal is not answered.

Centra urgent care is amazing. We always seem to get ill over holiday and Centra to the rescue! I went in that morning and was in/out within 30 mins. It's Easter and they are at work(I hate to bother anyone on a holiday), but it didn't stop them from being very nice and fast. I had to bring my son in later that day as well with similar symptoms as myself and was treated the same way. In/out in 30 mins. Great job staff and Dr. J & NP Michelle

Had go get stitches today in my knee. From the time I walked in, to the time I left i had nothing but great service. Dr. Alba was great and very informative. The nurses were also great and joked with me, unfortunately I didnt catch all of their names.

Love my doctor and the people are great. HOWEVER their phone system is the absolute worst! I tried to make an appointment today and after being determined to ride it out, was on hold for 23 minutes and 37 seconds before it switched me back to the very beginning! This is beyond absurd!
