STAFF NEEDS TO REPLACED ASAP OR ELSE THE DENTISTS WILL START TO LOSE THEIR MONEY.

BEWARE!!!!! THIS OFFICE IS THE WORST; ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY; IF YOU DONT MAKE IT TO AN APPOINTMENT, THEY WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOU A $50 FEE FOR NOT LETTING THEM KNOW WITHIN 2 DAYS. HOW WOULD A PERSON KNOW WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN A DAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT AND CAN NOT MAKE IT? THEY PRESSURE YOU TO PAY THE FEE OR ELSE OR ELSE THEY WILL KICK YOU OUT AS IF THE PROCEDURE WAS FOR FREE. THEY ARE MORE DESPERATE ABOUT THE MONEY THAN HOW THE STAFF/DENTISTS PERFORM IN THEIR JOB. I RATHER PAY AGAIN IN ANOTHER DENTAL OFFICE FOR THE JOB THEY DID WRONG THAN FIX IT WITH THEM.

OK, things I like: -Many good reviews on Google. 👍 -When I 📲 called, I spoke to a REAL 🙍‍♀️ person & not a recording. Jasmine was so attentive & helpful. She got me in quickly.✅️ -Everything is clean. ✨️ Everything. -The wait ⏰️ was minimal. A few mins tops & that helps when you're 😨 afraid. -The Hygienist 👌😷 🥇(Marialis?) was Excellent. She was gentle & kind. I felt no discomfort. - I was informed of how much the work would cost.📋 I appreciated that as I have no dental insurance. -Dr Lee 👩‍⚕️ 🦷and her assistant 👩🏼‍🦱were comforting. Dr Lee knew I was nervous 😓. She explained everything and reassured me. She would warn me as to what I will hear/feel as she worked & that was helpful. She has a 🕊 ☮️ calm vibe about her, even when she says, "Mm-hmm" while she works, it soothes you.😌 She was pleasant and professional. Later, she explained all the possibilities...from pain, swelling, sensitivity, abnormal bite etc...NONE of which I experienced. None. I was fine soon as the anesthesia 💉 wore off. -Next day, I get a call 📞 from Jasmine to ask how I was feeling. Totally blew my 🤯 mind. So thoughtful. -Bottom line, I made the right choice. My experience there was pleasant. Feels great to be able to eat Matzo crackers without pain & I had ice cream today. Oh joy! Thank you, Magic Smile Dental. ❣️🦷
