The staff is poorly trained. First issue is that the office requires cash only payments if you are self-pay. Unfortunately, the staff does not keep good books. Staff could not find my payment records and accused me of trying to get "free laser treatments" (in front of all the other patients!), even though I had a payment credit and receipts to prove it. To be fair, a PA apologized for the "mix up." Nevertheless, it was a pretty uncomfortable experience for me. I can't help but wonder if they would accuse non-minority patients of trying to get "free treatments." Second issue is the lack of privacy. Staff demands to know what health issues you have in the open waiting room (in front of other patients), because they can't track down my charts (every single time I go!). It is embarrassing. Not sure why I keep going. The doctor and PAs are nice, but the staff is a nightmare.

Excellent staff . I recommend this dermatology office for anyone who wants treatment. I came in for hair loss treatment and was given my first shot and topical cream. I am confident I will have great results because my friends and family showed me proof. I can’t wait for my next visit not only for progressing results but also the staff puts a smile on my face.😆

I have been coming here for easily over 4 years. I have always been pleased with the care I have received from the PAs and doctors who have treated, including Dr McCormack herself. My medical history has been quite complex, but they have navigated it well for chronic and acute skin conditions. They patiently took the time to look at the entire picture, to listen to my input on treatments, and to answer my questions. Thank you Michael, Jason, Lisa, Marie, and everyone else in the office!!
