I have a lung condition and can not wear a mask. My pulmonoligist told me not safe for me to wear one. However they refused to make any accommodations to see me. This is no different than making accommodations for someone else with a disability.

Dial 1 i believe. The one that says do you wish to make an appointment. I had an emergency situation back in July of 2020 and went through my patient portal got a timely response through there too if you're an existing patient. Hope that helps
You can call the health department and they will guide you to where you need to be to do that
