I don’t know why all the negative reviews. I had the most positive experience with John. He’s a very ethical and helpful sales rep. If I had found him when I first wanted to upgrade my phone I’d still be with Verizon.

Good staff and phone selection, but most have to be ordered and shipped to you. 2-3 day wait for phone... Not the greatest thing if your old phone is dead.

Workers are very good. 5G internet is terrible. $50 restocking fee. Cannot return to store. Have to mail back yourself. Workers were very helpful getting mail return completed. Gave me box and label. They dont carry alot of things but I do believe you will get it. Probably had to order it from some other store.
Because it is owned and operated by Verizon itself. An Authorized Dealer is an outside company, similar to a franchise.
