If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I left 5 voicemails over the course of two weeks trying to schedule pediatric vaccines. Not a single call was returned. I called the main public health number and was very rudely told that if I left messages, they would be returned. It has been TWO MONTHS. We’ve gone elsewhere, but not everyone has that choice. Very disappointed in our local health department.

I called Monday, September 26 and left a voice mail, with 2 different people and didn’t hear anything back, called again, Friday September 29, left a voice mail and nothing. I called August 2 this time someone took my name and phone number and said someone would call me back by the end of the day. Nope no did. It is now the August 4 still haven’t got my questions answered. With the office not being open to the public it is impossible to go in there and ask and I can’t get a hold of anyone. Very frustrating.
