These people never return phone calls. I’ve been trying to contact Beth Shepard for two weeks no return call or anything. Left a vm with her supervisor and still nothing. I’m reporting this to Raleigh. No starts is more like it.

The Spanish woman that picks up the phone is very rude. Nobody reaches out to you. I know it’s not your job to care about my kids but when I call up there genuinely to speak to my case worker and your asking for what? Or telling me I would have to apply and then hanging up. That’s not how you treat people. That’s your job to answer the phone and assist people. She treats them like trash and that’s who you have working for you guys picking up the phone? Not a good look and i definitely don’t care for your benefits bc if she treats people like this I could only imagine how everyone else treats people

I walked to the front door and the lady told me I was not allowed in without a mask which I did not complain. Upon going into the back room every single worker had not one mask on nor anybody else in office… Why mandated if no one‘s gonna follow the rules especially your own staff.

Discrimination is illegal! You cannot use somebody's "Mental Disability" (PTSD) as a reason to keep taking their kids away when they are NOT being neglected or abused in any way whatsoever!!!! They are about to learn the Law REALLY SOON! We will help this family pay the $300/hr for yet another lawyer if that's what it takes to keep their children out of the system! 🙏 God willing these people will NOT rip one more family apart! If and when kids ARE being beaten and have bruises, they look the other way and do absolutely NOTHING, I have seen it first-hand! You need to understand what you are right now is so wrong!!!!!! PLEASE leave that innocent Family ALONE! 🙏

I would suggest contacting a help desk to make sure the number is correct
They have a drive through for walk in clients. An appointment is necessary for a face visit with a worker. If you live in monroe nc, there is operation reachout on Miller street. They help with food and clothes.
