Wonderful car buying experience at Car Plus. You can tell the minute you pull in the parking lot the car quality here is excellent. We were on our way back from Johnson city and Jack T. was kind enough to stay late that day for me and my husband to test drive a 4 runner. It was the best deal on the internet at the time (had been shopping a few weeks) and they even worked a little more on the price for us. Jack was patient with our decision making. After 2 test drives something seemed off with the drive. They balanced/rotated the tires and brakes and when something still wasn’t just right with the drive, Cars Plus put brand new tires on it and it drove perfectly. Talk about going above and beyond. Even washed and filled with gas before we picked it up. The buying process was easy, 10/10 recommend checking out Cars plus for your next vehicle purchase! So happy with our experience and really feel like they cared about the quality vehicle they were selling.
