We had a great time seeing a movie here last week! The theater was clean and spacious and the recliners were very comfortable. Will be back!

Ive been to many theaters. Military base theaters, my home town theaters, theaters in Wichita K.S. and this one is hands down the best. The combos are decent priced. The popcorn was great. The reclining chairs are awesome. A little freezing however so make sure u bring a hoodie for inside. But definitely well worth the prices and the visit. I would go there again. This time I saw Dr. Strange Multiverse.

Good popcorn and snack options. Screen in auditorium 1 was way too dark to see some parts of the movie. The chairs were comfortable and sound quality was fine.

The seats are very comfortable! Was there for first evening show. Got old popcorn, last of the batch, not warm at all. Clean restrooms - would have been nice to have more available (always a wait in ladies room after the show!) Staff was friendly, but some were preoccupied on their cell phones.

After the renovation tickets prices are higher and there is no more military discount.

Not sure of what the number is, there is another number for the movies direct. It tells you all the movies at the Bruin and Bear town cinema
They won't do refunds or exchanges after the movie begins. You would need to try before the movie airs during its scheduled time spot. Try calling them if you have to.
They remodeled it and the theatres are super nice now with leather recliners, but I dont know anything about them playing more movies.
Bruin Cinema (Neuse Blvd.) is not currently playing Madea. All three screens are showing Captain Marvel.
There may not be a matinee price for bruin theater but they are owned by the same company as beartown cinema and rates may apply. Matinee for beartown cinema: $6.00 Regular adult admission bruin: $9.75
Owner sold it to another company. It will be remodeled and reopen in late july or early august.
