Pathetic service. The receptionist at the front desk is extremely rude and misleading. They really need to understand what helping a sick person is about. Overall, distasteful attitude of employees and mediocre service.

It's a walk in facility. However, there are 2 ways to put your name on the online queue. You can go online and reserve a spot for a time you'd like to go in, or you call call the Urgent Care and ask to be put on the queue. You may still wait, but it shortens the wait time. Please be advised that if someone walks in with a true emergency, You may bumped back. All in all a great system. Hope this helps.
