No shredded cheese on my cheese fry hamburger was all over the place sloppy this wendys consistently messes up my order I can't remember the last time I ordered food and they actually got it right

My food was good yay. First fast food place I've reviewed with decent food. Bun was soft, meat was seasoned properly, and the vegetables snapped when you bit into them. Love it. Thank you Wendy's for finally coming through for fastfood in general.

Pure garbage service this morning. Ordered a sausage biscuit. The order taker barely spoke English which was strike 1. When I got my food it was a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I returned to the window and told the order taker I received wrong item. I showed her the sausage egg and cheese biscuit and she said " that is a sausage biscuit". Unbelievably I had to tell her what the product was that I received. They do not even know their own menu products. Stop hiring idiots. Obviously this location is swirling the drain like so many others. CANNOT WAIT for Chick Fil A.
