The steak burger was tasteless and greasy. The salad tasted dirty. My husband's steak was cooked too hard and was burned on the bottom and 1 packet of syrup is not enough for 2 fluffy pancakes. This meal was not worth $40.

I walked over from Phillips RV excited to have breakfast. Grossly, Disgusting back door wide open, it's filthy from the view of the parking lot. Went inside, Stunk of grease bad, Flies everywhere! Where's the health department in Bourbonnais? I have been in a lot of ihops and this one is far worse than any of them and it's no wonder they had no guests in there! They can blame it on covid all they want, They need to clean up this nasty restaurant! I mean nasty! I ordered a cup of coffee Then told young server I couldn't stay there due to smell of grease and she was extremely rude! Walked out saying I'm sorry I can't eat here this is nasty! Someone needs to get corporate in this store to check out how filthy it is before you get somebody sick! Be warned I would never go here ever

Great IHOP. Prices were good and the service was excellent. We loved the new protein pancakes. We were just passing through but you folks blew our local IHOP away!!! Thanks for a great breakfast.

Fast and friendly service. Good food. I miss having the coffee pot left on your table. Also, even though spoons are the less used utensil, they should always be included in the silverware packs.
