Based on other reviews, clearly this place doesn't care. But I'll throw my two cents in - 1.) Their automated phone line tells you it's not open on Saturday, when it actually is. But not like you can ask since you CANNOT talk to a live person at this facility 2.) Has signs yelling at you to wear a mask... when it has none to offer. Makes perfect sense 3.) Nothing to stop you from wasting 2 hours only to find out they never received a doctor's order... since you can't verify it by talking to someone on the phone!

DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! They have no customer service, NONE WHAT SO EVER. They have automated the process, you are just another sheep in the herd that they are going to cut the wool off.... They will promise you to get results in 4 days.... How ever today is 7 days and i stil dont have my results.... but the worst part is that you cant contact no one and ask about it. Also i payed for the test over the phone with the credit card..... never got a bill emailed and that is the only time i got to talk to some one. People at the clinic are also very inconsiderate and rude! ! ! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE LIKE THIS?

I was able to easily schedule an appointment online and went in. Even with an incomplete order from my doctor, Renee went above and beyond to call the office and get the right information and it was one of the quickest and painless blood draws I have ever gotten!

Fresh and clean waiting area and drawing rooms. Always in and out in 10 minutes or less as some of the others above stated and I've been going to them every 6 months since 2015. Friendly staffers with excellent skills give quick, pain free draws. Hurts more taking off the bandaid later!Thank you for sharing this feedback, Kevin!
