-15 stars I think the entire population of Huntersville who doesn’t have a choice should report this company to the federal trade commission for deceitful and malicious business practice. I have NEVER been charged $200 for 1 month. I thought I missed a payment or something. Nope, the reason was that my ac was at 72. They suggest you keep it at 78. What kind of craziness is this? I am a shocked. Do we have any other choice? What a fraudulent, malicious, inefficient, malfunctioned organization! I am infuriated. Not to mention it is not a payment friendly company, the website is circa 1997, and when I first moved, they almost cut my power off sans contact or explanation because I missed a month, but my bill had never been sent! Luckily I caught the guy right as he was about to cut it off and paid immediately!

If I could put a 0 I would…There is zero option to use Duke Energy or somebody else more reliable. The power is constantly OFF!! We lose power once or twice a month, I have never lived anywhere where this happened before. There should be a major credit back to the customers who are dealing with this constant disruption!

Unbelievable -I missed one payment and it rolled over to the next one and I paid the billing in full . No notice came in the mail they will be cutting my power off-and then they said they had a bad number and tried calling -asked what was the number they called -could not tell me it was deleted. Been living in the the same place for over 25 years-never in the 25 years had this happened and 1 time we just cut your power off. What a great job Electricities, I doubt Duke Power would have done the same.
