Easy in and out ! Friendly people and no charge to drop off recycle cardboard !!

I have been to this location multiple times to throw away broken toys and trash and cardboard overflow, many times that I have gone I was not charged anything to get rid of my trash. The last few times I have gone I have been charged, the first time I was charged $15 which is fine if that’s the cost to dispose of trash when you’re a resident. Today when I went the lady in the booth charged me $28.50 because the address on my license is different than my Huntersville address- she claimed she would have to charge me as if I were a business due to the address on my license, I offered to show her my lease and she seemed as though she would charge me the $15 or at the very least discuss the charge with me. Instead she charged my card without telling me the amount and when I explained to her that I had only been charged $15 before with the same license. she scoffed and me and turned the mic off. I have no issue being charged but the fact she charged my card without discussing the amount is extremely unprofessional. I happy to say that I will not be using this center for any other needs, the staff is rude and impatient I would not recommend at all

Very rude old man on a golf cart harassing people and causing problems - watched him almost get into it with 2 people - you guys shouldn't have confrontational employees...will definitely be calling corporate offices on Monday - I see this isn't the first negative review of him either

If you can get it into your trash bin do it. If it is too big cut it up and put it in each week until it is gone. These people are rip offs. Are you all from NY or something? Go back there and quit acting like someone is doing you a favor throwing away their trash. What a bunch of pikers.

They have a website that spells out their restrictions, but chances are if you have it, they'll take it. I would just bring it. Even if they don't take it, they'll tell you what you need to do with it. They've always been really helpful
We can accept sharps, but they must be safely protected when you bring them to our facility. Please package them in a non-puncturable container such as a laundry detergent bottle or coffee can and tape shut. This allows the compactor to safely compact the sharps.
