Terrible service and attitude towards customers. Be careful, no one will call you or send an SMS with a reminder of your visit, and if you are late for 14 minutes, you will just be sent home.

The primary care Dr. Ionesco and Rhematologist Dr. Rao are total medical failures. My husband has been going to them for about 3 years for RA and Primary Care. He always followed up with them regularly. Recently his pain increased and his lymph nodes were swelling. They stated his problems were related to Covid 19 second shot. After about a week my husband’s condition deteriorated, and he went to another medical center and was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate CA. The new medical center stated his previous labs from the doctors indicated cancer that they never followed up on. Also his RA was not that bad per the new Rhematologist . And on top of it all, they prescribed him RA medication that was used 20 years ago for RA. I plan on following up with a formal complaint. I just don’t want any other people possibly kill by these “doctors”.

The doctor went through his set of predetermined questions on my first visit there and did not ask me how I was feeling if I had any pain nothing. I felt like I was just another number and felt rushed and was not a fourth of the time they have a an accurate examination.Treated like a number and not a human being.

My 7 year old daughter was a patient at the Arch Health Partners orthopedic department. Our experience was very good. My daughter was very nervous and afraid of the procedures that needed to be done for her fractured ankle. The staff were AMAZING at handling her fragile state. Even when it took three nurses/techs to hold her down to remove her cast, they kept a positive attitude and made me feel better about the situation and have my daughter praise for her bravery. Dr. Bried was also very easy going and explained everything so that my daughter and I understood everything. Front office staff was wonderful as well. Always greeted us with smiles and they worked diligently to accommodate us. Thank you Arch Partners!
