Why have your drivers decided to not deliver to the correct address? Within the last couple months they have decided to deliver to random houses in my neighborhood expecting everyone to deliver packages to each other. (Update: This was my delivery today that stated it was “hand delivered”, now I know why there was no photo of my package to see where it was left. I live in an RV park and this is by the office, anyone could have grabbed this.)

My Amazon third-party driver for Talmadge San Diego on Lorraine DR, Donaldo Acosta is a true asset to DSDP-Poway. This guy is very friendly and gets packages to my household in an efficient manner. You must let this guy know that this customer holds him as an excellent representative of your firm Cheers.

Noooooooo bathroom privileges you have to go outside and porta-potties not like the employees on the inside. they don't have a driver's lounge on site, so you better have your snacks..

Extremely disappointed this is the only Amazon flex pickup location that their geo location in the app is wrong so I couldn’t click I had arrived, they told me to log out and back in so I “missed my assigned block” and not only lost out on my two and a half hours from driving there, waiting and then driving home but I lost out on a $96 block... will never be picking up from this location again. The employees there were of minimal help.
