Looking at the reviews I was so scared go here but that doctor everyone is talking about no longer works there so I kept my appointment . I’ll update you on my experience afterwards. The reviews will tell it all cause the people don’t lie about health experiences. Update! I can’t wait to find another doctor, another team of caring individuals. This place doesn’t care about the patients and is very dismissive not to mention unprofessional. I will find better.

This is yet the worst place to get care. Don’t waist your time coming into this facility. Doctors here don’t care about you or anyone. The information you provide them with , in most cases is not even in their systems. Like your insurance per say. So expect bills from this facility. Regardless if you have insurance or not. People here are extremely unprofessional. And the care from doctors is very poor. Choose wisely.

I am Glad they have a new dr. Miss Amanda is super nice and listening and asking what your needs. Advice to anyone get your paperwork done online so it will be fast check in. Also I did my appointment online.

I first want to say that the ladies at the sign in counters were very kind and helpful and the nurse was very sweet and I do thank them very much for all they do. Now as for Dr. Sauriol, she needs to learn to be more attentive to her patients and know that they are there searching for her help. When I went in today she did not even want to listen to anything I had to say. I told her I had already been to the hospital twice for my gull bladder and I really needed a referral and she did not want to hear it. She spent her whole time trying to get the computer to work, answering any other questions with very minimal words and when I told her about chronic cough I also have, her response was "I don't really know" and continued fighting with the computer. I finally gave up and no longer talked. THE WORST appointment ever!!!

Yes
The services at neighborhood health offered are for babies and up to age 17 I believe. I can't for sure say if they have translators for I've never asked but I'm 95%, depending on the language. Lastly you would bring the patients ID, social and insurance card. Hopefully this helps, God bless ya🙏

We apologize for the recent increases in wait times and other issues with our phone systems. We are taking steps to address these issues, and we encourage you to visit nhcare.org as we now offer patients the ability to schedule and cancel appointments online, as well as request refills through the patient portal. Additionally, we have online feedback and complaint forms on nhcare.org, and feedback from those forms is forwarded directly to our management teams. - Neighborhood Healthcare
Yes they do
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer dental services at our Poway location. We do offer them at our Escondido and Lakeside locations, as well as our locations in Hemet and Pauma Valley. - NHCare
