First of all, my contract was changed due to the fact they couldn't put an air handler in my crawl space after saying they could. ( Fred). New ductwork cost me 3200 extra including an electrician. The installers were great, knew their job well and I was happy with them. Then I noticed my ceiling fan was making a scratching sound directly after the install of 2 vents next to it. I tried to fix the sound and after a while, decided to call. Naturally, Kathy said she didn't think it had anything to do with the vents. I do. I saw the fan go off momentarily while they were in the attic and even mentioned it to one tech. So today, I turn on heat and nothing. The installer "showed" me how to put on heat and call if I had any problems. We never tested the heat. Now miss Kathy tells me I'll have to pay 149.00 just to have them come here to fix what never was checked to see if it worked in 1st place. I find this extremely unfair. Why are you doing this to me???

My mom hired this company to replace her AC. These people failed to file the permit unbeknownst to my mom and they failed to finish the job. They didn't connect the vent to the air handler so the air isn't blowing properly and it sounds like your taking off in an airplane everytime it turns on. My mom called numerous times and scheduled an appt which they then cancelled and said they couldn't come out for 3 weeks. My mom gave them a hard time so they came out the next day only after she had complained. This is so sad and seems like a case of taking advantage of the vulnerable elderly.

I have had a yearly contract with this company for the past few years since I moved to this home. I have sent a few friends to use this company and always said how good the company was. However, I forgot to make an appointment this year, 2022, and this past weekend was in the 90's. My fault.. I used a fan and got through it. I called to get an appointment to do the yearly maintenance, I am a senior and on oxygen and can not do that again. I was given an appointment in 4 weeks!!!! Aren't customers priority? They should actually be calling us to remind us to make an appointment, other companies do call. Now I have to find another company.

The company did NOT decide not to repair it, the customer cancelled the appointment because the customer did not want to pay for something that was not part of the installation.
