Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. The manager is sooo RUDE. After the teller said she would cash my check she went to talk to the manager and she came storming over yelling at me saying I could take my check and go cash it somewhere else I asked if there was a problem with the check and she said no and continued yelling at me for no reason very hostile lady. With my previous check I applied for there debit card online and was approved so I took a picture of it on the app a few days later they closed my account and said I would get a paper check in 10-14 business days. I don't understand why they would approve the debit card just to close my account a few days later

Bank of America is one of the largest and main banks in the United States! Great location in downtown Visalia! Very tidy, spacious, and organized! Nice, friendly, helpful, and courteous staffs Great and professional customer service!👍

Horrible uninformed tellers. I went into the branch location and explained, 1. I'm a new customer, 2. This is a large check, and 3. I have never deposited this payroll check before. I asked several questions before making the deposit because I have another checking account that I've had for years but it's an online bank and I wanted some cash in a brick and mortar Location. This was on a Saturday. I asked several times because of course bills are due the beginning of the month. Teller explains funds will be available 7/3. I made the deposit 6/29 at a branch. My banking app confirms funds available 7/3. I look at the app this morning and now it states available 7/11. I understand the various reasons for placing a long hold on a check of a large size. However I TRIPPLE verified the funds being available and was given in correct information. Started banking with them in June and will stop banking with them as soon as my funds are available. If I can make a recommendation it would be to bank with Ally. Phenomenal bank and amazing interest rates. This bank and the tellers are garbage.
