I want to give them a good review and they did a good job putting the lift on my car. However They broke the key off in my scooter and i had to wait an extra hour for them to fish the key out and then they forgot to put the scooter basket back on and I didn’t realize until I was home 2,a half hours later. careless. I would recommend them but keep an eye on what they do

I went in to the Concord Store looking for an electric travel wheelchair. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in. Angelo was very polite, knowledgeable , and friendly. He took the time to explain about each chair that I had questions about, and ultimately helped me decide what was the best fit for my husband’s needs. I appreciate the professional way that he and his coworker made the purchase easy. The store is bright and open and they have a great selection of mobility items. I actually needed to be able to take the wheelchair with me and they made that possible. I would highly recommend Southern Mobility and will use them again.
