I drove here from NYC because this discontinued tiles I was trying to get was supposedly in stock here and we asked for a visual and this guy Tim said they were in boxes stored away unopened and undamaged. Im pretty sure he didn’t bother actually checking. So we believed his lies and drove 2 hours to get to this location just to find out the box’s were already open and even had “oops broken” stickers on them!!! All of them were broken. I was about to cry and my husband was holding back screaming because we drove all the way down there on our only day off because “TIM” said he did the visual and they were fine. But other staff members like kiara and George and mike were so sympathetic to our situation and wanted to help. I eventually was able to order some tiles from Virginia Beach location with the other staffs help. Updated my review to 1 star because the store manager just never got back to me when she was supposed to give me a call and I kept calling her and she never responded.
