Extremely rude customer service ... Beyond rude. I went there to have a tour to admit my kid ... One of the parents left the door open and anyone could go into it easily without supervision... I stayed out by the door till someone showed up and I told her that I wanted to tour the school, the lady told me I needed to call, so called and booked an appointment and it was a virtual tour and got cancelled on the tour day 30 minutes ahead. Called them multiple times to give me another tour or info ... No one could get back to me .. and the lady was extremely rude on the phone ... Do not send your kids to a school where the door stays open and no one can see that...

Worse experience I could have had with my twins. We opted out due to allergies and this is how I could see how badly and dangerously they manage the food to kids. More than 5 cases in a few weeks were my kids were either not given their food (hungry kids for hours), managed their food very poorly, or given them food they were allergic to. No apologies in any case, just excuses and new rules made up each time.

I cannot say enough about the amazing people at this Primrose location. We moved from Oklahoma and Primrose has been so supportive to us and our 5 month old. They are always willing to discuss our son and what they can do to help. They follow whatever we ask of them and are great at communicating. We look forward to having our son in their care for as long as possible!

We had to move our children’s daycare due to new job and location constraints. Even going from one primrose to another there is a significant difference. Ownership is so involved and the teachers truly care about the kids. We have been here over a year, and have never had concerns. They are always willing to discuss anything and throughout this pandemic have made us feel like our kids are safe and thriving!

Every child learns at their own pace because every child is unique. At Primrose schools, teachers use a variety of tools throughout the year to collaborate with families and monitor each child’s progress. This helps them understand each child’s individual needs and provide the personalized support that helps them excel.
We call our curriculum the Balanced Learning® approach. It is designed to inspire children to think with creativity, compassion and resourcefulness. Primrose school teachers not only guide children as they learn letters, numbers, science and more, but they also weave in character development and life skills opportunities throughout the day so children can develop social and relationship skills.
We require all teachers to be certified in first aid and CPR, in addition to ongoing health and safety training throughout the year. Teachers are also trained on common signs of illness with signage placed in each classroom. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/yakwfr8g
Teachers and students practice frequent handwashing throughout the day and adhere to a strict sick policy. Temperature checks, touch free check in, and limitations on visitors may also be implemented to minimize risk to all. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/y7gutztv
Items like high-touch toys, playground equipment, and other common surfaces are disinfected frequently throughout the day. Sheets and blankets from cribs are laundered daily; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and are laundered on a weekly basis. We require any students or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours.
