Disorganized, they don't know about customer service, they treat people like garbage, and never give you any information, really disappointing. I give the star to be able to comment

When I came in the courthouse, the guard at front asked where I was going, and I told him. He asked, "What for?" Although it was none of his business, I replied I needed to file a small claim. He then asked to see my paperwork. I told him it was a private matter. This is a small town after all. After waiting in line for a while, a staff member finally finished with the lady in front of me. The moment I stepped to the window, she looked at me like I had horns and promptly went and sat down and started reading. Another lady finally came to the window and I asked what I wanted. I told her and she informed me this was the wrong line. There was no other line. I finally got my matter seen to, but it was a bit like being in the twilight zone. Odd place.

Not even worth one star..hired a lawyer to deal with a ticket I received for a traffic accident. I never received a letter from my attorney so as a mother of 3 life continued and I didn't think much about it. Until I received a letter stating that if I didn't pay what I owed they were revoking my license christmas eve. So, obviously I was going to go pay it. I work from 630-430 every day so I had to find time to take off to pay this. I went to pay it not long after and was told that attaced the fees...these FEES brought my payment tfrom 191 to 241 which is insane. Well I couldn't loose my license so went to pay it and I handed the cashier all paperwork, my ID and debit card. I was fine till she told me it was a extra six dollars for me to pay with card. Aww no yall people aren't getting anymore money from me. She then told me no extra fine if I paid in cash. I'm going today to pay in cash but this is ridiculous. That extra six dollars is a happy meal or something for my children!!!! Very rude and errogant people!!

There is an Estates and Special Proceedings Department on the first floor. I would start there.
Call the clerk of court and let them know. They will let you know what else you may need to do.
Call the clerk office and ask them. Suspect you will get a continuance.
9 a.m
In person at the Sheriff Office or Police Department. Of course they will serve that warrant when you do. They aren't likely to tell you over the phone (unless it's traffic or possibly something minor) .
You would need to either speak to your lawyer or call the clerk of court and ask either one of them.
Yes, but there is a transaction fee.
Liens are attached in the system by the person's name and they show as judgements. You are more than welcome to look through the public terminal to see if you find anything against a name. If you need to know if there is a lien against property, you'll need to have an Atty do a title search for you.
5pm
Call them
Yes online, but your going to be forking out some serious cash
You may call but your best bet would be to go to the clerk's office.
Yes at 9:30
Consult a lawyer
District court starts at 9am.
The register of deeds handles that. They are next door to the courthouse.
