Friendly lady at receiving.Took 1 hour to unload,,, why this unloading time has to be spent by the driver sitting in the warehouse (shut engine off, surrender keys) probably only management knows,,,, managers are no truckers so they make decisions that don't fit for 99% of drivers...This company has modern docks with hook applied red/green light trailers can be locked in securely,, as an additional measure a airlock could be applied and already this be an "overkill" and no driver could take off trying to pull out cause no air supply to trailer...And yes, it makes a difference to be able to rest in the comfort off the truck and have a nap after an hour long drive instead of being held hostage on a stool in a warehouse...No valid explanation for "safety" to implement such measures,,, just unnecessary policy that have a negative impact for drivers delivering or picking up.

I was thinking about applying here until I see the utterly shocking pay rate for second and third shift for a machine operator. $13.90 I believe it's what they pay for second or third shift machine operator. Not even $14 an hour to work a graveyard shift pretty much. I cannot believe that people actually work for this company. I truly feel sorry for anyone who has to work for such low pay on second or third shift. I truly hope that more people step up and start qutting their jobs to teach these companies a lesson about humility. And one day they will start paying decent wages.
