I am updating my old review from 3 yrs ago. Much has changed, for the better, with management and employees. They have been very friendly and helpful for the past 6 months that I have been shopping here! _----_------------- Awful customer service. The managers are the worst. They just declined my coupon that was on my rewards program on THEIR website. They said their scanner doesn't work with their online coupon and they would not key it in manually. I walked away and left all of my product that I wanted after shopping for 30 mins. I will go to the FRIENDLY store...they are way nicer, hence the great name.

I drove 20 minutes got there at 6:40 only to see that they were closed. Online it says that they close at 7pm on sundays!!! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME, CLOSE WHEN YOU SAY YOU ARE GOING TO NOT A MINUTE EARLIER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came here at 3:50pm on 06/22/22 ( Wednesday) And they were closed again , NO Notice to why . Yes I am upset and feel it’s unacceptable cause I’m ready to get my shop on . Lol I suggest next time just let people know your closed ..
