Listen, I came at 9:20pm with my lady friend for some ice cream. Upon entering the pregnant worker just stared at me and didn’t say anything. There were no greeting no nothing. Everyone has an attitude and no one knew what to do. Worst customer service ever!!

Bathrooms were closed. I watched the employees mix in the ingredients without gloves, ring up a customer paying with cash and then return to ice cream mixing without washing their hands.

Hire people with a better availability. The employee behind the register decided she was closing the store for 30 min when I walked in but was still taking customers but said I could not come in. It’s 2:30pm why would you coldstone hire someone who doesn’t have proper availability and turn around customers at her Will because she needs to leave for 30 min
