The employees are great. Unfortunately you never know if they're going to be opened. I like sticking to Cumbys but with their inconsistency in hours Irving down the street gets my business.

I've been to this high-traffic location many times this summer. Store is consistently kept clean and stocked, the coffee is fresh, and the employees have all been pleasant and efficient. Highly recommend :)

It's like a Cumby's mansion, complete with custome Cumberland Farms concrete floor art. It would have had five starts but it is often times very dirty. This visit displayed napkis on the floor, spilled blue drink stains on two of the counters, and some dingy floor stains. Such a beautiful location, it's sad to see it not being taken care of.
