I am so disappointed in your service!!! My parents went to the Verizon Corporate location at the mall and had an awful experience!!! Mind you my dad has been a long time client of Verizon he has had your services for over 15 years!!!! Today while waiting in line they had 5 customers who were behind them in line be helped before they were. The location had not opened yet and my parents there got in line in hopes to be helped out first. I am not sure if it’s because they are Spanish speaking only but they were never acknowledged until they began to leave. An employee who surprisingly all of a sudden spoke Spanish asked them why they were leaving. Shame on you Verizon and shame on your employees who don’t know how to treat customers of different backgrounds. My parents felt discriminated against by your employee. So now because this branch was unable to help my parents we are having to make a second trip to a different Verizon location.
