I rate them at 5 stars. I had a Lazy Boy recliner with an unstitched arm and 2 cushions that needed refurbished. They quoted me a fair price. The people were very friendly and we set up a time to drop them off. I got everything back in one day. They hand stitched the arm on the chair. The work was phenomenal as it looks brand new. I recommend them to all my friends.

We had 8 chairs reupholstered. They did a beautiful job. We had their assistance in redesigning the backs of the chairs. They replaced a pineapple with an upholstered piece. I find no flaws-perfect workmanship. Pam was helpful in ordering the fabric. Thank you to her and the amazing work of the factory crew.
