This Greensboro location is very good,service, quality fast food.We live in a time of shortage in staff,so sometimes only the drive - thru is open.Steak& Shake better than those other fast food burger joints.

-The less experienced wipe down tables and might seat seat you -The experienced explain offerings and take orders -The manager runs the register and well . . . Manages. The price points are attractive and for the price you pay, you seemingly do pretty well. Something new: Automated Ordering. Kind of cool getting to browse through a digital menu and go the no touch route. Some catchy incentives for repeat customers on their app as well. Pretty interesting, franchise business model that seems doable and sustainable. As I’m aggressively looking, I’ll likely be visiting the ones in my area to see if they actually check out. The only knock on the place was the condition of the restroom . . . . Wait for it . . . . . Wait ....... It was in the toilet :)

The lady that open this store is RUDE! the place suppose to open at 11:00, I pull up at 11:25 & had to wait till 11:40 till she wanted to take my order, when I asked why it took so long she said “I wasn’t gone open up by myself” the whole time she got a whole crew back there.. she need to be fired cause that was weak, still open but take your time! Food was cold, i won’t be back.
