Very nice employees. Good pet products. I especially like the groomers Kianna and Chelsea at the Greensboro NC location. They are excellent!

I felt this store was nice and clean. The prices seem good compared to other stores. They do not sell animals other than a few fish. They did have a rescue cat in there. Ironically, I love cats and was thrilled to know he was back there. I wasn’t given the option to hold him. I did spend some time with him because he seemed lonely. My daughter was pleased with the selection of bird supplies. I would return. My kids enjoyed it. I like that it was not overwhelming. I just wish they had a few more animals to connect with during my visit. I’m sure that’s to come. If nothing else, there may be a cat available during your visit.
