Very proud and comfortable with calling Geneva Mills my home going on 6 years now. Moving here on the blind from Willamsburg Brooklyn NYC, not knowing a single soul or anything about Rhode Island, I tell you finding this place was a blessing. Geneva Mills is truly a work of art, each and every unit is different which makes it so unique and a pleasure to the eye and soul. Gorgeous skylights, high ceilings, wood floors, security cameras throughout, intercom system ( I've operated through my phone from NYC), pet friendly, LGBT friendly, out of towner friendly(me 😀) I can go on and on. The bright spot here is the Condo Association and The Developer are always stepping it up to make things better and safer for the property. ABSOLUTELY convenient to anything and everywhere you need or need to go is a sheer pleasure. Thank You to the Geneva Mills Condo Association, The Developer and The Geneva Community for creating a beautiful place to call home.

I feel safe on this street but I can hear the neighbors’ TV since the walls are paper thin. It’s on a main road so I can hear cars driving past as well. It’s not far from the highway, remember it’s a very busy place to live.

If you are a guest and staying over night there is a guest pass u hang in your rear view mirror. But you can park there all day.
