DO NOT USE _ DO NOT USE _DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY purchased a NEW LENNOX HVAC system 2 years ago the AC has seen only its second summer and the COMPRESSOR failed on it ELITE AIR wants to charge me $2500.00 to replace the compressor which is about a third cost of the entire system when i asked them to order the WARRANTED COMPRESSOR and i would have someone else install it they said they do not order parts for others to do the labor the COMPRESSOR was obviously defective so why would'nt ELITE compensate the customer for the manufacturers defective part --THEY HAVE LEMON LAWS!!!! ELITE is a TOTAL RIP OFF company AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Didn't bother with them. I asked a simple question which was... Do you offer a inspection of a AC system. What I got as an answer was it's 115 to come out and look at it + I said I looked at it it's working. You can get a tune up anywhere else with the ridiculous 25.00 fuel surcharge and still get it cheaper. Maybe if you answered my question things could have been different. Instead you are horribly overpriced and will not even be considered for a estimate on a new energy efficient system. I hope you are proud of yourselves.

Horrible experience. they will charge 2-5X more than other experts for the same job and suggest fixes for problems that don't exist. they wanted to charge me $1500 for a job. A different company fixed it for $160. If you use them try to get a different opinion. Would highly recommend working with ANYONE else!
