Easy to navigate if you're used to Food Lion set up. Easy to find what you need. Didn't see any employees except the cashiers and a maintenance person who kept getting awfully close with the zamboni floor scrubber everywhere we went in produce. But our cashier was super sweet.

There is an "attendant" at the door that supplies masks and wipes for the buggies. He also writes the buggies down when returned. There is santi wipe dispenser once you enter the automatic doors you can take ad lib before you get to the buggies. all the registers personnel wear mask. There are posted signs that masks are required

Walmarts mums are beautiful and on close out price $3.98 the Food lion in Grahm might have some out this week. Double check with a phone call to be sure.
