Took my kids to the BK, walked in, stood there for 3 1/2 minutes watching three employees on their phone. No one moved untill my daughter said "dose anybody even work here?". Shes 8. Drink area a mess, papers straws fries on the floor. ... First and last time i walk in to this BK. No excuse.

Jr Whopper meal purchased 2/15/2022. Burger dry and cold. Bun Semi Stale. Fries semi hot. Drink diet ok. Disappointed. Always loved their burgers in the past. They need to regroup and get their food back on track.😒
