I would give it zero stars if i could. I could not connect to the wifi and the owner would not help. The owner and I quote " I do not work in customer servers" and would not help. Additional my wife called me and was connected to front desk ( the owner again). and said again quote " don't call her again" Needless to say, i called a taxi and left. Please Please Please , go to Rockford and never stay at this establishment!

This place was AWFUL. Do NOT step foot into this place. When I walked in to check out the room before my stay it seemed alright. I checked under the blanket for bed bugs, not knowing they’re nocturnal. I knew I was getting bit, but I’ve never had to deal with that before. YUP bed bugs. There is also black mold in the bathtub and by the door. GROSS. Not only will you not get your money back, the Belvidere cops will help him force you out, causing you to have to rent a storage unit to kill them off. Stay very far away. Oh I would also like to add that when he asked what my stay was for, I informed him I was moving from apartment to apartment WITH my newborn baby. So he knew a baby would be in the room as well as many of my belongings. What a PEACH.

It doesn’t looks nice like from the pictures. They really need to remodel the rooms or close this motel if they can’t keep it clean and smell nice. Like, they should buy some air freshener and hire more people to wash the sheets and clean the bathroom. The bathroom wall had a hole. The mattress is old and stained. The blanket and the room stinks so bad. The tub isn’t clean. And I saw white dirty sheets outside. I don’t recommend staying for a night this place

Horrible room...First room had a broken bed frame, urine stains and something black on both sides of the mattress...mold in bathroom and dog hair everywhere.. We were then shown a second room much like the first. Third room was on the second floor that looked like a new hotel room. Clean and nice. Everything close was booked for the weekend, so we had to stay there. My wife was disrespected by the owner/manager because we did not want to sleep in horrible, filthy rooms...As we checked in, we observed the first room I spoke of being rented to a couple. No attempt to take care of a horrible room before giving it to other customers. On the plus side, they are attempting to remodel the hotel…We finally got a nice room, however they should not rent out the ones that are trashed.
