Actually was great today. There was barely any weight and the staff was very polite and helpful. Wish it was like that everytime, lol. Never in a million years did I think a dmv experience could be that stress free.

Made everyone wait outside in the sun, temp was in the 90s no protection from sun and wait times were an hour or more outside and then you have to wait inside after your number is called. Very nice employees though once you got to them.

Shelly was very efficient and quick. The SOS seems to be getting more than their monies worth from the staff. Rating is for today's staff. Today was the best experience ever at this location.

Terrible experience there today. Avoid this office. It was snowing and slushy. They didn’t even clear the sidewalk. Elderly people walking through the ice and watery slush. Not many people there do to the weather. One older couple had questions and after they left the clerk turned and rolled her eyes as if to say what a bother. I am next. She unfortunately was the clerk. I brought in the proper information from the bank showing proof of my mortgage. She said she needed the deed to the house. Anyone knows you do not get the deed until the mortgage is paid. She then denied my mortgage papers which are from a local bank showing proof of residency. She obviously has no clue what she is doing there. Avoid this place. They are not there to help and seem to enjoy being mean to people.
