Yes. VOS will create a label for you and ship via UPS at the UPS rate. In addition, we will ship pre-paid UPS packages with a BAR CODE only. We do NOT accept packages with a QR CODE. There is a $1 charge for non-business account holders to cover the UPS daily pick-up fee. In addition, we offer boxes, packing materials, labels, tape, etc. for purchase. However, the customer must properly package the items being shipped. Due to UPS insurance regulations, VOS does not offer in-store packaging services. Thank you!
