There's no charge for a library card unless you lose it and need a replacement.
Can someone fax a letter for me on Saturday
Any Virginia resident may register for a card provided they can show the proper identification. A photo ID with current address or photo ID plus an official letter (utility bill, bank statement, etc.) that has a current address is acceptable. The initial borrower's card is free. Replacement cards are $2.00.
