They also have a nice selection of cooking products/ingredients that you may …Hello Alex, Thank you for the review. I don't know what time you came in but we are unable to slice meat after 4:00 pm . It is due to sanitation purposes as you indicated. The sanitation process is quite involved and requires breaking down the entire machine and soaking parts in an approved solution each day. The machine then has to be inspected the next morning prior to use which can start at 5:30 am. We are state inspected because we sell wholesale, what that means is that a state inspector is at our store daily. That is actually a really good thing for the consumer. Big box store are most often only inspect a couple times a year. It's possible our staff indicated you should call, thinking that way it wouldn't matter when you came in. I apologize for the issue and we hope you continue to shop with us.

I've been here three times in the last 3 weeks, at different times of day. Each time, an employee was sanitizing inside and outside door handles and looked like they were doing a thorough job of it. Covid safety rules are posted prominently and everyone was wearing a mask. People checking out were socially distanced. I didn't see anyone sanitizing the push handles of the carts when I was there, but I always carry disinfectant wipes to the store to do that myself, anyway. I'm Covid careful, over 65, and felt ok about picking up the things I needed at Knoche's.
Yes, but through the years and lots of reading about giving dogs bones, any type, it is a no no. Any bone splinters. My dogs only chew on rawhide when I am around.
