If they assist you and need more information instead of scheduling you immediately they push you off for a week. They won't bend at all even the management team. I will never use again. I almost canceled my BestBuy membership because of my experience with them. We have spent 3 weeks trying to get a phone fix and they needed the apple ID and pushed us off another week instead of us going home retrieving the information and coming back. I have never seen such. Keep in mind this is just to drop off. We understand it would take a process to be fixed. Tmobile phone insurance sends you to them and I think I will switch carriers for my 6 lines if this is what I will have to deal with.

Pawn shops are not allowed to sale laptops or anything else that is still locked with a password because it's one of the laws they have to follow seeing how if the seller didnt have the password it most likely wasn't theirs to sale so if you bought it from a pawn shop return it and get another one. I can unlock phones laptops or anything else like that if you need it done. Anywhere else will need you to show you bought it from them to unlock it
